Curbside Consult is operated by Dr Sermed Mezher (SISU Media Limited). In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator, and "you" means the person subscribing to or reading the newsletter.

This is the heart of these terms, so we will be clear about it.

• Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read in the newsletter.

3Subscribing and unsubscribing

Curbside Consult is currently offered free of charge. When you subscribe, you agree to receive the weekly newsletter and occasional related health updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending it. We may pause, change, or discontinue the newsletter at any time.

4Acceptable use

When subscribing or interacting with these pages, you agree not to:

• Provide false information or someone else's details without their permission.
• Use the signup form or service in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

The newsletter content, including text, branding, and the Curbside Consult name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit it commercially without our prior written consent.

Where we cite third-party research or sources, those remain the property of their respective owners.

The newsletter often links to external sources such as studies, articles, and reputable health resources. We provide these for reference and do not control or endorse everything on external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of websites we link to.

7Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the newsletter content, including decisions you make about your health. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the newsletter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
